用于听写、跟读和复述训练。资料已经按练习流程重新整理,适合学生先自测,再把错词和卡顿点带给老师复盘。

整理说明:保留原有有效句子,统一版式和训练方法,并补充错题复盘表;练习时可以遮住文本,只保留编号做听写核对。

一、建议练习顺序

01

第一遍只听

先完整听一遍,不暂停,不急着写,先判断句子大意、时态和核心名词。

第二遍听写

逐句暂停写下来,拼不准的词先空着,不要为了一个词打断整体节奏太久。

对照纠错

用红笔标出冠词、单复数、过去式、介词和大小写错误,把错因写在旁边。

04

跟读复述

最后跟读两遍,尽量模仿停顿和重音,再用自己的话复述句子意思。

二、重点检查项

Spelling

拼写与大小写

注意专有名词、复合词、双写辅音、词尾 e 和 y 的变化。

Grammar

语法细节

重点看冠词、可数名词复数、第三人称单数、过去式和被动语态。

Meaning

句意理解

不要只抄声音,听完后确认主语、动作、对象和原因关系是否合理。

Fluency

跟读节奏

把长句按意群切开,练习自然停顿,避免一个词一个词往外蹦。

三、听写句子清单

练习建议:每次选 15-20 句,完成后只整理 3 类错误:听不出来的词、听错的语法、知道意思但拼错的词。这样复盘效率会高很多。
